Leadership In Action

Leadership In Action

We believe leadership is learnt through experience. Our experiential learning expeditions are a key part of this process. These outdoor challenges, set in diverse and demanding environments, go far beyond physical treks; they serve as real-world classrooms for leadership.

Before each expedition, students participate in workshops on budgeting, route planning, safety, teamwork and problem-solving. In the field, they put these lessons into practice, building confidence, resilience and a strong sense of cooperation.

These experiences teach students that leadership is not about authority but about responsibility, empathy and courage in action.

Leadership Through Life Skills

Anger Management

Gender Sensitivity

Digital Citizenship & Responsible Social Media Use

Conflict Resolution

Public Speaking & Communication

Body Language & Voice Modulation

Blame & Excuse Culture

Dining & Social Etiquette

These sessions ensure that students develop emotional intelligence and respectful collaboration as core habits of mind.

Learning From the Armed Forces And Alumni

True leadership is best understood through action. At our Pune campus, students have the opportunity to visit institutions like the National Defence Academy and Air Force stations. These experiences, combined with interactions with our distinguished alumni from the armed forces and other professional fields, offer students a firsthand understanding of discipline, integrity and ethical leadership.

Leadership is not just a concept we teach; it is a value we live every day. Through guidance, reflection and real-world experiences, we aim to help every student lead with empathy, clarity and courage.
