Life Skills

Life Skills

Here in the residential Pune campus, we believe that a child’s healthy growth and meaningful learning begin with strong mental health and emotional resilience. Our Life Skills programme is inspired by the UK’s acclaimed Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning (SEAL) framework and has been carefully adapted to meet the needs of our diverse community of learners.

Starting from the early years and continuing through senior school, students attend weekly sessions that build self-awareness, empathy, responsible decision-making and positive relationships. These sessions help students understand themselves and others while learning to face challenges with confidence and kindness.

Research continues to show that emotional well-being is deeply connected to success in academics and life. By understanding the science of happiness, resilience and emotional balance, our students gain tools that help them manage stress, overcome setbacks and stay focused on what truly matters. These are not simply life skills; they are life foundations.

We also recognise that learning extends beyond the classroom. Participation in creative, athletic and service-based activities helps students build confidence, discover new talents and develop emotional stability. Through this holistic approach, we aim to nurture capable, caring individuals who grow into balanced and confident adults, ready to make a difference in the world.
