Dining And Nutrition
Here, mealtimes are moments of connection, community and care. Dining is not only about nourishment but also about supporting health, well-being and togetherness.
Each day begins with a comforting tradition of morning togetherness, as students enjoy a warm cup of milk or hot chocolate in their Houses, a gentle start to the day. All main meals are served in the Central Dining Hall, where students and staff eat together. This shared experience builds friendships across grades and strengthens the sense of belonging within the school.
A relaxed Sunday brunch is one of the week’s highlights, offering a leisurely and cheerful meal that encourages conversation and bonding. Nutritious mid-morning and evening snacks are served daily to keep students energised and focused.
The school tuck shop opens once a week, giving students the simple joy of occasional treats in a supervised and balanced setting.
Culinary Experience
Our menus are created in collaboration with a qualified nutritionist to ensure every meal is wholesome, diverse and balanced. Students enjoy a wide range of dishes from Indian and international cuisines, carefully planned to suit different tastes and dietary needs.
Dining here is also about celebration and togetherness. Each term, every house hosts two special feasts, bringing students together for joyful moments and shared memories. Older students have the added privilege of supervised town outings, where they experience Pune’s culinary scene and enjoy long-time school favourites.
The Mess Committee, which includes both students and staff, meets regularly with the Catering Manager to review menus and share feedback. This gives students an active role in shaping their dining experience and encourages responsibility and collaboration.
From quiet breakfasts to lively lunches and festive house dinners, dining here nourishes more than just the body; it strengthens community, friendship and spirit.
